Once the course has commenced, no request for a refund will be entertained and all fees paid shall be deemed non-refundable, irrespective of attendance or participation.
Request Procedure: Refund requests must be submitted in writing, stating the reason for the request, and accompanied by relevant supporting documents. The request should be sent to the official contact channel provided at the time of registration.
Discretion and Evaluation: The decision to grant a refund rests solely with the company and will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering the nature of the reason cited and any extenuating circumstances. The company reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests at its absolute discretion.
Non-Refundable Fees: No refund shall be applicable for fees paid once the course has commenced, or for any services, materials, or modules already delivered or accessed by the participant.
Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising in relation to this refund policy shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts situated at Hyderabad, Telangana.
